What this application is

Electrum Scale-Ads is the in-house software Electrum Properties LLC uses to manage its own online advertising. Electrum Properties is a residential real estate investment company in Lubbock, Texas, operating since 2019 — we buy houses directly from homeowners for cash, and we advertise on Google Search to reach homeowners looking to sell.

What it does

Account auditing (read-only): pulls performance and configuration data from our own Google Ads account to produce internal account-health reports.
Reporting: aggregates campaign metrics into internal dashboards reviewed by company staff.
Campaign management: creates and updates our own search campaigns, ads, keywords, and negative keyword lists after human review.

Who uses it

Electrum Properties staff only. Electrum Scale-Ads connects exclusively to Electrum Properties’ own Google Ads account through the Google Ads API. It is not a product or service: it is not distributed, licensed, or sold, it has no public sign-up, it manages no third-party accounts, and API access is never resold or shared.

Privacy: this application accesses only Electrum Properties’ own advertising data. It does not collect, store, or process data about members of the public, and it requests no Google user data beyond the advertising scope needed to manage our own account.
